High School Strength and Conditioning Coaches Clinic

We understand the challenges high school coaches face as you strive to provide the best possible athletic experience for your student athletes despite potentially limited availability of time and resources. As a team of Strength and Conditioning professionals, we want to help fill some of those resource gaps by helping you develop sports-specific strength and conditioning plans for your team within the unique constraints that you experience in your program. By participating in this clinic, our highly qualified staff will help you:

  • Incorporate the most important strength and conditioning principles to your sport within the context of your team’s practice
    • Support your student athlete’s health and nutrition to optimally prepare for practice, recover from practice and perform in competition
  • Write Pre-season, In-Season and Off-Season training plans using templates to simplify the process
  • Get ahead of the game and be prepared for the upcoming year!

*You may receive up to 0.5 CEUs from the National Strength and Conditioning Association for your participation in this event!
