This camp is designed to build strength, increase athleticism, and prepare high school female soccer players for the next level of competition. The focus is on developing a foundational strength training base to enhance performance and reduce injury risk. Each session will include a dynamic warm-up, plyometric work, and two strength training blocks. The camp will run month-to-month, with each 4-week cycle progressing in training structure and exercises. Athletes will be exposed to a high-level training environment and proper strength training mechanics.
